Maria Stamataki, ECP
Maria Stamataki is the President and Founder of Brace Social Coop. Maria is a Psychotherapist, Family Therapist, Trainer and Supervisor of Mental Health Professionals and Educators, and a Sociologist. She has extensive experience on the field of drug addiction. She began her private practice in 2006, creating Marte Meo Hellas, representing in Greece the internationally acknowledged network of Marte Meo for psychological support and education for caregivers and educators. Her activity is supported by a team of leading professionals in the field of Mental Health and Education.
As a General Manager of Brace Social Coop, Galatia Papacharalampous is responsible for the organizational and administrative support of the enterprise. She is a graduate of Business Administration (Business School,University of Portsmouth) specialized in Human Resources Management. She has experience both in the private and public sector (EBED and Municipality of Kifissia) as a PA to the CEO and HR Manager. Her experience has offered her valuable knowledge in communication, management and problem solving within the working environment. For the last three years, she has been voluntarily organizing cultural and environmental activities for children.
Panagiota studied Psychology at the University of Athens and completed her first Masters Degree in “Pain Management”, at the Ioannina Medical School, in order to help children and their families face life-threatening illnesses at an early stage in their lives. Her scientific interest expanded to children with developmental, emotional and cultural differences and lead her to a second Masters Degree on special education. Her training in the Marte Meo method followed and offered her a new way of supporting parents who want to activate their communication skills in order to strengthen the emotional, mental and social development of their child. Today she works as a private practitioner with children and their families, maintaining the systemic approach of understanding and handling family problems.
